It’s Easter so Bodhi’s are busy baking our seasonal special Hot Cross Buns. At Bodhi’s we use spelt for these traditional Easter treats. Spelt is an ancient grain flour with higher contents of copper, iron, zinc, magnesium and phosphorus than white wheat flour. It also has a wonderful flavour.
