Spelt 2 loaf was created and developed through The Monash University Low FODMAP Certified™ program.
Good source of fibre, protein and natural vitamins and minerals. Eating slices of Spelt2 may help maintain better digestive balance by providing up to 30% of your daily fibre needs (wholegrain fibre). Chia seeds add a complete plant-based protein. Whilst spelt still contains gluten, many of our customers report it’s much less irritable than wheat gluten. Spelt is an excellent source of vitamin B2 and a good source of minerals.
