This loaf is one of our new Gourmet Range. It is our take on a traditional sourdough.We use freshly shredded pumpkin and turmeric to achieve the taste and colour.
It is a fun, tasty loaf which adds not only flavour but also colour to any meal or table. It is sure to be a hit with all ages.
Made with fresh pumpkin and pumpkin seed. It is crusty on the outside and soft inside.
Spelt is a good source of dietary fibre, protein (which it contains more of than common wheat), and vitamins and minerals. This grain is also more water-soluble than wheat, which makes it easier for the body to digest.
White Spelt Flour, Filtered Water, Pumpkin Puree, Turmeric, Sourdough (Spelt, Water and naturally occurring bacteria and yeast), Pepitas, Iodised Salt, Yeast, Sunflower Oil.
